GKD-USA Names Architectural Metal Solutions as Pacific Northwest Representative

March 07, 2020 | News

GKD-USA has named Architectural Metal Solutions (AMS) as its new architectural representative firm for the Pacific Northwest market. GKD is the leading provider of woven metal fabric for architectural solutions. With its US headquarters in Cambridge, Maryland, the company manufacturers metal fabric for highly technical, commercial applications such as building facades, parking structures, airport infrastructure and custom interiors.

AMS brings more than 50 years of combined industry experience, specializing in building exteriors and other large-scale construction projects. The company represents a portfolio of exceptional building product brands for commercial exteriors.

“We are excited to partner with AMS given the company’s long experience in the construction industry and its history of success in the Pacific Northwest,” said Andy Franks, Regional Sales Manager, GKD-USA. “For a technical product like ours and considering the scale and high-profile nature of the projects we engage in, the firms we align with to represent our products are subject to a rigorous vetting process. AMS passed with flying colors and we are confident in their ability to represent our products to the architectural audience in their area, which we consider to be a very important market.”
