Color changing LED lights on the foundation illuminate the metal mesh after dark, adding flourish to the building’s conversation with the surrounding area. The school can display its colors, laud a local sports team or celebrate holidays with exterior lighting. Nestled in the heart of town is The Brookline Place, a stylish redevelopment project consisting of outdoor public spaces, medical offices and mixed retail. The transit-oriented development includes a six-story, 683-space parking facility dubbed Brookline Place Garage.
The precast wall, now adorned with a robust sail of etched metal fabric, provides graphics, signage and branding that conceals the transformer and provides a glamorous welcome to the airport’s highly trafficked route.
