This nine-level structure provides parking for 1,200 Hartford Hospital employees and connects to an adjacent building by a pedestrian walkway. Articulated precast panels, woven metal fabric and terra cotta colored perforated metal form the exterior of the garage and create a secure, sun shading screen.
